Warranty & Returns

Within 7 days from collecting or taking delivery of your goods if you change your mind EURO TRUCK MECHANICAL PTY LTD will refund the full purchase amount excluding any delivery/postage charges.

Any product/s being returned must be in their original condition and packaging with no damage, and must be returned to our factory at your cost and inspected prior to any refund being processed. To arrange a product return please call 0466 554 943.

Costs associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer returning the goods. Alternatively the goods can be returned in person, free of charge to Factory 4, 9 Everaise Court, Laverton North 3026, Victoria.

We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The NPPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.

EURO TRUCK MECHANICAL PTY LTD offers a 3 month warranty against faulty workmanship and /or faulty materials only when a product was previously purchased at EURO TRUCK MECHANICAL PTY LTD and installed by a technician employed by EURO TRUCK MECHANICAL PTY LTD. Warranty commences on the date the product was originally installed and is valid only to the original purchaser of the product as indicated on the original sales invoice. This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, or damage caused by abuse, misuse or negligence.
